Firstly we use our database of prospective tenants and Corporate Relocation Agencies in order to reduce advertising costs for you. Property Viewings
We want to rent your property fast!
Every effort is made to show prospective tenants your property as soon as possible with scheduled viewings and personal appointments made outside of these times.

Applications
We will thoroughly check all employment and previous tenancy references in addition to checking a national tenancy database. We also require a 100 point identification check for each applicant.

Legal Documentation
We will draw up a Residential Tenancy Agreement that complies with QLD legislation and a comprehensive Condition Report including digital photographs. Which you will receive a copy of.

Inspecting your Property
Periodic Inspections – twice a year we will provide you with a report detailing the condition of your property and any maintenance requirements. As the owner you are welcome to attend any inspections with us.

Rent Increase Reviews
We will constantly keep an eye on the rental property market for you and advise you when market conditions dictate a rent review. That way, you will always be receiving the best rental price for your property you won’t be wondering if your property is underpriced.

Repairs and Maintenance
Repairs and Maintenance – REAL TENANTS only uses qualified, licensed and insured tradespeople who are both reliable and competitively priced.

Financial Accounting Services
Rental Income:- We credit your rental income less any fees and payments direct to your bank account at the end of each month.
Paying Bills:- We can pay all of your regular bills as well as paying for repairs out of your rental income.
Monthly Tax Invoice:- Invoice detailing all transactions on your account.
Financial Year Tax Invoice Statement:- Statement with breakdown of all rental income and expenditure for tax purposes.

Transferring Your Management
Real Tenants can also make it very easy for you to transfer to us. We can deal with your current Agent and advise them of your decision. Just fill out the Transfer Management form and return to our office – this service is FREE – free of charge and free of hassle.
