Each member of our team brings many strengths and life experiences to REAL TENANTS. This makes for a harmonious, dedicated and supportive team who has an expert knowledge of the investment housing market.
ROS HURN Principal
Ros is the person behind Real Tenants, and that means you have the owner of the business managing your property. You are guaranteed that your Property Manager will not be changing constantly.
Ros comes from a strong Property Management background and has spent over thirteen consecutive years specialising in Property Management and Business Development. Her extensive experience at all levels of Property Management enables her to guide staff and provide valuable advice to both Property Owners and Tenants.
Ros personally handles all aspects of the Real Tenants property portfolio and works directly with her team to manage all of her clients properties. Ros’ work ethic is the epitome of reliability, integrity and dedication.
Prior to Real Tenants, Ros spent many years working for national real estate franchise groups in Brisbane's Western suburbs, and was awarded Property Management Office of the Year for three consecutive years in the Toowong area.
Ros is a supporter of Aussie Farmers Direct and the Surf Life Saving Queensland – when not at work enjoys bush walking, the beach, gardening, horse riding, relaxing music, a good book, catching a movie and sharing a meal and a glass of wine with family and friends.
MARK REARDON Property Inspector
Mark has worked in the Pest Management industry for the past twenty years and has carried out many residential and commercial property inspections, so you will be assured your property will be well looked after.
Prior to Real Tenants, Mark obtained his Bachelor of Business Degree and managed a medium sized Pest Management business. Through his management, Mark re-established the company through the implementation of systems and procedures that continue to keep the business successfully operating today.
Mark enjoys surfing, reading, good movies (not bad ones) and time with his family and friends.
